Service Agreement

This Service Agreement outlines the terms under which Digital Boost Path (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides digital marketing services to the client (“you” or “your”).

By purchasing or using any of our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Scope of Services

We provide the following digital marketing services:

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Pay-Per-Click Advertising (PPC)

  • Social Media Marketing

Each service includes a customized strategy, execution, and performance monitoring as outlined in your proposal or package.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide timely access to necessary assets (e.g., website, ad accounts, branding materials)

  • Respond promptly to questions or requests

  • Make all agreed-upon payments on time

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon before the project begins. Failure to make timely payments may result in service interruption or termination.

4. Project Timelines

We strive to meet all timelines, but timelines may shift based on client responsiveness, third-party platform issues, or other unforeseen factors. Delays caused by the client are not grounds for refund.

5. Performance Expectations

We aim to improve your online visibility, reach, and conversions. However, we do not guarantee specific results, as outcomes depend on external factors like algorithm changes, market competition, and ad budget.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all sensitive business information confidential. This includes strategies, login credentials, reports, and financial details.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with a 7-day written notice. If work has already been completed or initiated, a pro-rated refund may be considered based on the refund policy.
